1. About this Policy
This Cookie & Similar Technologies Policy explains how YunoTK.com uses cookies, local storage and similar technologies, including technologies that may be provided through the Cloudflare infrastructure used to operate and protect the website.
This Policy should be read together with the YunoTK Privacy Policy.
2. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small pieces of information that a website or service may store on or access from a visitor's device. Websites may also use related technologies, including local storage, security tokens and temporary or ephemeral identifiers.
Different technologies serve different purposes. Some may be necessary to deliver or secure a service requested by the visitor, while others may be used for optional purposes such as analytics, personalization or advertising.
YunoTK distinguishes between necessary technologies and optional technologies and seeks to use only what is reasonably necessary for the website's actual functions.
3. Technologies currently used by YunoTK.com
The initial version of YunoTK.com is designed to operate with a minimal use of cookies and similar technologies.
YunoTK does not currently use optional technologies for website analytics, behavioural advertising, cross-site tracking, advertising personalization, marketing profiling or social-media tracking pixels.
YunoTK does not activate an optional technology merely because this Policy describes the possibility of using such technologies in the future.
4. Strictly necessary technologies
Certain technologies may be necessary to deliver, secure or maintain functionality requested by a visitor. These may include technologies reasonably required for website and network security, detection and prevention of automated abuse, protection of the contact form, fraud or misuse prevention, maintaining essential technical state, or remembering a visitor's privacy choice where necessary.
Where a technology qualifies as strictly necessary under applicable law, it may operate without prior consent because it is required to provide or protect the relevant website function. Strictly necessary technologies will not be used by YunoTK for behavioural advertising or unrelated marketing profiling.
5. Cloudflare
YunoTK.com uses Cloudflare infrastructure for website delivery, security and related technical functions. Cloudflare may process technical information or use technologies necessary to provide, protect and secure its services.
Such technical processing is separate from the information that YunoTK deliberately requests through its contact form. YunoTK does not use Cloudflare infrastructure to add visitors' browsing histories, device profiles or advertising profiles to the YunoTK lead database.
6. Cloudflare Turnstile
YunoTK intends to use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect its contact form against bots, spam and automated abuse. Turnstile performs security checks designed to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic.
YunoTK uses Turnstile for security and abuse prevention, not for advertising or behavioural profiling. Turnstile may process technical signals necessary to perform this security function. Those signals are not added by YunoTK to the contact-form lead record.
YunoTK intends to configure Turnstile without pre-clearance.
7. Optional technologies
YunoTK.com does not currently use optional analytics, advertising or behavioural-tracking technologies.
If YunoTK later wishes to introduce a technology that requires consent under applicable law, that technology will remain disabled for visitors requiring consent until an appropriate choice has been made.
Where optional technologies are offered, visitors will be able to accept optional technologies, reject optional technologies, review available categories or purposes where relevant, and change or withdraw their choice later.
8. Cookie and privacy choices
Where a consent mechanism is displayed, accepting optional technologies will require a positive choice. YunoTK will not treat silence, inactivity or merely continuing to browse as consent where affirmative consent is required.
The option to reject optional technologies will be presented in a manner intended to be as straightforward as accepting them. A privacy choice may be stored on the visitor's device when necessary to remember that choice and avoid repeatedly asking the same question.
9. Current technology categories
Necessary / Security: technologies required for website security, abuse prevention, contact-form protection or another function requested by the visitor.
Optional Analytics: not currently enabled.
Optional Advertising: not currently enabled.
Optional Behavioural or Cross-Site Tracking: not currently enabled.
10. Browser controls
Most web browsers allow visitors to inspect, block or delete cookies and other stored website data. Browser controls operate independently from the privacy controls offered by YunoTK.com.
Blocking technologies that are genuinely necessary for security or a requested function may prevent that particular function from operating correctly. Blocking or rejecting optional technologies, where offered, will not prevent access to the website's principal content.
11. Third-party websites and services
YunoTK.com may contain links to independent third-party websites or platforms. Following a link to another website does not mean that YunoTK controls the cookies or technologies used by that website.
Visitors should review the privacy and cookie information provided by the relevant third party when visiting an external service.
12. International visitors
Cookie, device-storage and similar-technology rules differ between jurisdictions. YunoTK applies a privacy-conscious approach intended to minimize optional storage and tracking regardless of where a visitor is located.
Where applicable law requires consent before a non-essential technology may store or access information on a visitor's device, YunoTK will seek the required consent before enabling that technology.
This Policy does not state or imply that every privacy or electronic-communications law in every jurisdiction automatically applies to every visit to YunoTK.com.
13. Future analytics or advertising
YunoTK may decide in the future to introduce analytics, advertising or other optional technology. The existence of this possibility does not mean that those technologies are currently active.
Before introducing technology requiring consent or additional disclosure, YunoTK intends to review its purpose and necessity, review its privacy impact, update relevant policies, modify consent controls where required and prevent the optional technology from operating before required consent has been obtained.
14. Changes to this Policy
YunoTK may update this Policy when the website, Cloudflare configuration, security technologies or applicable requirements change. Material changes to optional tracking or consent practices will be reflected in the website's controls where appropriate.
